GRATTES RESIDENTIAL

Property company Grattes Residential began trading late 2001. The brief: to design their corporate logo (to be funky and different from what one normally sees in Estate Agency corporate ID), as well as designing and developing a new web site advertising their services. The logo design has been used throughout the web site and across signage, stationery, advertising and promotion. Grattes update their own listings on the web site via one of the specialist property sites. The listings displayed on that site are pulled in to the site using frames, enabling the visitor to view property listings without leaving the Grattes web site.
